HandyPay Payments & Deposits

Take card payments and appointment deposits through HandyPay — a Jamaica-friendly gateway. Each location uses its own HandyPay account and keys; nothing is hard-coded.

1. Install

Install the app from the marketplace. We store the install for your location and create default settings (test mode, JMD, deposits off).

2. Add your secrets

In the project Secrets tab add: APP_MASTER_KEY, GHL_CLIENT_ID, GHL_CLIENT_SECRET, GHL_SHARED_SECRET. We never log or show their values.

3. Connect HandyPay

Open the Settings page inside the CRM custom page. Enter your HandyPay test and live keys, choose currency and a deposit rule, then Save and connect. We validate the key, register a webhook, and connect the provider to your location.

4. Take payments

The CRM loads our /payments page in an iframe to capture cards, and calls our /query URL to verify and refund. Deposits are requested automatically when an appointment is booked.
